Job Overview

JOB PURPOSE:

Client Billing Specialists are responsible for the accurate and timely billing of all clients in line with their contractual obligations. This includes coordinating upfront and ongoing charges, monthly checks for ad-hoc billing, and the provision of accurate and timely reports as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

ESSENTIAL:

  1. Minimum 1 year experience in a customer service, accounts receivable or similar role(ideally in a B2B environment)
  2. Tertiary Qualifications (Accounting/Finance highly regarded)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Highly proficient in English Language
  5. Technically proficient in a range of office applications, eg Google Docs/Sheets/Gmail
  6. High attention to detail

    DESIRABLE:

    Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software
    Experience with Oracle Netsuite or similar ERP software
    Strong problem resolution skills
    Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team & work in a fast-paced high volume environment
    Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
    Commitment to personal development
    Strong customer service focus
    Dedication to quality and a sense of personal responsibility
