This role combines strategic new business development with hands-on execution, focusing on acquiring new client logos while building scalable demand generation marketing strategies in partnership with global teams. Key Responsibilities
New Business Development & Sales Strategy
· Lead end-to-end new logo acquisition from prospecting to close, focusing on high-value opportunities and revenue impact.
· Develop and execute the Americas sales strategy aligned with global growth priorities.
· Manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring disciplined focus on deal velocity, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy.
· Directly coach and support Client Partners/Account Executives on advanced sales techniques, deal strategy, and best practices.
· Lead high-stakes RFP responses and client pitches.
· Achieve annual sales quota and revenue targets for the Americas region.
Demand Generation Marketing & Brand Development
· Partner with global marketing teams to design and execute demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline growth.
· Own the Americas marketing budget and measure ROI on lead generation activities.
· Represent Ebiquity at key conferences, panels, and industry forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
· Contribute to content creation and communications that elevate Ebiquity’s market profile in the Americas.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
· Work with Client Success Directors to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across existing accounts.
· Provide Americas market feedback to global product teams to inform solution development.
· Collaborate with global colleagues to ensure consistent execution of growth initiatives.
· Foster a growth-oriented culture across the Americas leadership team.
Market & Product Strategy
· Maintain deep knowledge of Ebiquity’s full product portfolio and ensure comprehensive positioning with prospects.
· Monitor market trends and emerging client needs in the Americas to shape go-to-market strategy.
· Advise on strategic opportunities for expansion and competitive positioning.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
· 12–15 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, or growth marketing within media, advertising, or marketing services.
· Proven track record in new business acquisition and consistently exceeding growth targets.
· Deep knowledge of Americas media markets and strong senior advertiser relationships.
· Expertise in modern B2B sales techniques: insight-led selling, thought leadership, and data-driven value propositions.
· Experience leading complex, multi-market solution sales.
· Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for pipeline management and forecasting.
· Experience developing and executing demand generation campaigns with measurable impact on pipeline.
· Strong knowledge of digital media and emerging industry trends.
· Excellent leadership skills with experience coaching and developing sales teams.
· Exceptional presentation and communication skills; comfortable influencing senior stakeholders.
