Are you a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician looking for stability, no more chasing hail, and a place to show off your skills? At Carma, we’ve got you covered — 38 hours a week, year-round, in our brand-new St Peters workshop. With a steady flow of cars, you’ll tackle both parking dents and hail damage, bringing your skills and growing with us.
What you’ll be doing
- Use your PDR skills to remove dents and get vehicles looking flawless
- Work closely with the team and manager to meet repair expectations
- Spot panel defects and recommend the best repair approach
- Help with vehicle prep and pitch in to keep the workshop running smoothly

- A clean NSW driver’s license
