The Data Processor is a member of our Project Services team, a multi-disciplinary team managing research projects from A to Z, from initial set-up to preparing client-ready deliverables. Within the team, the Data Processor are responsible for analyses and reporting. The position caters for the project deliverables and manages the project from an analytical point-of view. To do this, the Data Processor processes data(bases) in various ways, from manipulating data in analytical tools, to table reporting and charting. Together with the consultant team, the position digs into the project in search of the most important findings. The role supports senior members of the team in analysing and reporting more complex and technical challenging projects.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical implementation (incl. technical 4-eye) of surveys through specialized software (e.g. Decipher)
- Has a good understanding of all plug-in standard tools that are externally developed, and understand how to integrate them through standardized processes, if needed using other specialized software (e.g. MaxDiff, etc.).
- Able to overcome technical difficulties if the implementation goes beyond the standard template.
- Able to make basic modifications to the survey look & feel (e.g. change background, change colours & font, etc.) based on a provided design template.
- Use technical skills to ensure the set-up is done in the most efficient and effective way.
- Make sure that the data collection happens without any mistakes and is optimized for analysis and reporting.
- Able to communicate directly with 3rd parties about technical specifications and know how to apply them in order to have them working correctly.
Technical knowledge
- Able to explain the innovations to the team when it comes to technical implications.
- Basic knowledge and experience in:
- Microsoft Office tools (Excel. Word, Power-Point)
- Microsoft Office Outlook
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, XML
- Experience with Google Survey, Suvery Monkey, Qualtrics, or any survey platform
Market Research Knowledge
- Understand the impact of applying the method correctly on actions.
- Up to date with most of the common solutions Human8 is offering.
Marketing knowledge
Has a basic understanding of key marketing concepts and trends.
Project management knowledge
- Can take draft a (micro-)planning to ensure project execution as efficient and effective possible.
- Understand the research goals and business impact before starting a project.
- Can manage critical incidence communication.
- Independent when it comes to problem solving within the domain and can link solutions between departments.
Language knowledge
Manage English at a professional level (verbal/ writing) and able to have a fluent and accurate conversation.
Qualifications
- Education level - a bachelor’s degree (e.g. Marketing, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, or similar)
- Experience - 3-5 years of experience
