What to expect in this role
Our carers play a vital role in the lives of our residents and their families. You will be involved in supporting the daily activities of our residents; promoting their dignity, independence and well-being, and becoming an integral part of their lives. In addition to the above, senior carers supervise teams of care assistants and update personalised care plans.
