Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate
Job Overview
What you will do:
A Sr/Mid Talent Management Associate's main objective is to attract, engage, and develop talent that can contribute to Bobobox's success. What your key accountability looks like:
Understand the end-to-end process of HR management.
Understand the core business process of Bobobox.
Maintain a productive, professional, and empathetic relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives across branches and HQ.
Develop and own learning & development programs.
Drive company culture & values initiatives.
Drive employer branding initiatives.
Analyze HR metrics to inform retention and engagement strategies.
Coach and guide junior associates in day-to-day tasks and professional growth.
You will fit in this job if you are/have:
Bachelor's degree in psychology is preferred
Min. 4 years of work experience as a talent acquisition specialist or similar role in a startup company
Preferably have experience as an HR generalist
In-depth knowledge of full-cycle recruitment
Critical thinker with strong analytical skills
High sense of ownership
Good problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in a team or independently with minimal supervision
Disciplined and good time management skills
Able to perform well under pressure
Good interpersonal communication skills
