We’re looking for a talented Paid Social Specialist to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across social media platforms. This person will be responsible for developing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and conversions through paid media.

The ideal candidate is curious about audience behavior, comfortable working with data, and skilled at blending creative ideas with performance optimization. You’ll work alongside global teams to manage campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X, and other paid social channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and X.
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative iteration.
- Monitor pacing and performance, adjusting targeting and bidding to meet KPIs.
- Report regularly on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account teams to align messaging with campaign goals.
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm updates, and ad format innovations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns.
- Strong understanding of paid social strategies, targeting, and creative testing.
- Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager required.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and deliver insights.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Fluent in English and effective working in a remote environment.
