About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Java Fullstack Developer to join a development project within the Development and Digitalization department at the Swedish Board of Agriculture (Jordbruksverket).
You will work on systems supporting the EU’s Common Agricultural Policy (CAP), including land monitoring solutions that use satellite data, GIS systems, and agricultural registries to ensure correct subsidy payments to farmers.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain fullstack applications using Java (backend) and JavaScript (frontend)
Work with modern web frameworks and enterprise platforms
Contribute to agile development teams using Scrum
Design and implement scalable and maintainable solutions using Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex digitalization initiatives
Support and enhance systems related to land monitoring, GIS, and field inspections
