About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to join a Factory IT & Digitalization team supporting a complex industrial production environment. In this role, you will be part of a small, skilled IT support team responsible for ensuring stable and efficient operations across production systems, applications, and infrastructure services. You will work closely with production users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues, support changes, and improve IT services in a high-availability environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on PC and application support in production environments

  • Handle incident management, troubleshooting, and coordination of technical issues

  • Support change management activities across systems and services

  • Work with application and infrastructure support tasks

  • Collaborate with production technicians and system vendors on improvements

  • Contribute to problem management and root cause analysis

  • Maintain and improve technical documentation and system records

  • Support the continuous improvement of IT processes and monitoring

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or application support

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for PCs and IT systems

  • Experience in production or industrial IT environments

  • Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at different levels

  • Fluent in Swedish and English (spoken and written)

  • Nice to have:

    • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Intune

    • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11

    • Basic Linux and networking knowledge

    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools

    • Familiarity with Windows Server environments

    • SQL or basic programming/scripting skills

    • Understanding of ITIL processes

    • Experience writing technical documentation
