About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced consultant to accelerate a critical autonomous driving initiative. This role focuses on strengthening end-to-end integration, validation, and evidence management, ensuring the program is positioned for safe, scalable, and auditable deployment. The assignment is outcome-driven and requires close collaboration across engineering, operations, safety, and cybersecurity functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement a coherent, auditable evidence framework, integrating safety and cybersecurity artifacts into a structured gate architecture
Define clear release readiness criteria and enable data-driven decision-making processes
Translate Item Definition and Initial Driverless Launch Product Definition into pragmatic system-level test plans and acceptance criteria
Improve verification efficiency by optimizing test workflows and increasing rig and vehicle utilization
Identify and help decouple infrastructure-related issues from software-related challenges to accelerate root cause resolution
Establish robust health monitoring, diagnostics (DTC), and escalation processes across systems
Drive cross-functional alignment and ensure consistent execution across diverse stakeholder groups
Requirements:
trong expertise in system architecture, including toolchain and engineering process design
Hands-on experience with vehicle and ECU diagnostics, as well as test automation frameworks
Proven track record of delivering in complex, cross-functional environments within automotive or autonomous systems
Ability to translate high-level requirements into actionable engineering and validation strategies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
