Software Engineer - Test Automation Engineer

We are now looking for a Software Engineer with strong expertise in automated software testing to help reduce our testing backlog and improve overall software quality. You will be instrumental in supporting both Quality Assurance and Code Quality efforts and working in close cooperation with our senior test engineer. 

The contract will last for 12 months with a possibility for an extension after that period.

What you will be doing to make a difference:

• Work closely with our senior tester and our product owner in writing new tests and reviewing existing functional and performance test cases to assess coverage and quality.
• Systematically, work through a prioritized list of repositories to ensure consistency and quality across the codebase. This by collaborate with Team Leaders.
• Review existing testing documentation identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.

What you need to succeed:

• Self-drive and ability to work independently
• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Software Engineer with a focus on testing and quality assurance
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
• Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and tools
• Familiarity with integration environments and DevOps practices
• Proficiency in TypeScript, C# and .NET
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment and drive quality improvements
• Preferably skilled in GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Playwright and Grafana
• Fluent in English and comfortable in speaking English
• Ability to work in a multi-national team
