We are currently seeking a Watch Motorman to join the Engine Department of M/S Finlandia. We offer a permanent position with immediate start or as agreed. This position requires watchkeeping during night hours.
Your Role
You will be a key part of the engine department. The role requires the ability to work independently and responsibly during night shifts.
Good welding skills are considered essential, as practical repair work is a natural part of the daily routine in the engine department.
We are looking for a reliable and motivated professional with relevant engine room experience and a strong safety mindset. The working language onboard is English; knowledge of Finnish and Swedish is considered an asset.
Applicants must hold a valid Watchkeeping Rating Engine Certificate (STCW III/4).
Working hours: 20:30–08:00
Rotation: 1:1 system
