Sales Admin Associate
Job Overview
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development (50%)
Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients
Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers
Schedule meetings and appointments for Relationship Managers (RMs)
Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targets
Sales Administration (50%)
Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and trackers
Manage and update CRM systems and prospect databases
Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Care)
Monitor installation status and support overall sales execution
Ensure accuracy and organization of sales documentation and records
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage
Comfortable handling both client-facing and administrative responsibilities
