Sales Admin Associate

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Development (50%)

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential clients

  • Research target accounts and identify key decision-makers

  • Schedule meetings and appointments for Relationship Managers (RMs)

  • Build and maintain a strong and healthy sales pipeline

  • Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and lead generation targets

Sales Administration (50%)

  • Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and trackers

  • Manage and update CRM systems and prospect databases

  • Coordinate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Customer Care)

  • Monitor installation status and support overall sales execution

  • Ensure accuracy and organization of sales documentation and records


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or sales support roles

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is an advantage

  • Comfortable handling both client-facing and administrative responsibilities
