What you'll do

As our Junior Office Manager, you'll be the go-to person for office support across the team. You'll be responsible for day-to-day office-related tasks, ensuring colleagues have everything they need to do their best work. Working closely with the People team and other functions, you'll contribute directly to a well-organised and welcoming office experience.

This role reports to the Senior Office Manager and is a great entry point for someone looking to grow in an operational or people-facing role at a fast-moving fintech company.

This role is part-time with 20 hours per week.

You will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees and visitors, offering support and answering queries

  • Handle and organise incoming and outgoing documents

  • Support day-to-day office operations, including ordering supplies and keeping the office well stocked (stationery, water, coffee, snacks)

  • Assist with organising company events, team-building activities, and employee gatherings

  • Support basic data entry and ad hoc administrative tasks

  • Assist the People team with tasks such as employee onboarding and offboarding

  • Provide calendar, travel, and meeting coordination support when needed.

Your professional skills and background

Must-haves

  • Graduate or final-year student with a degree in business administration, management, or a related field

  • Prior internship, part-time work, or volunteer experience in administration, customer service, or office support

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with attention to detail

  • Good communication skills and a positive, helpful attitude

  • Fluent in English and Latvian

  • Willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced, international environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Interest in fintech, investing, or working in a scale-up environment
