Job Overview
Duties & Responsibilities
Fully understand the current operations, documentation, workflow, policy and guidelines of the end to end on/off boarding of Suppliers working with appropriate individuals or teams.
Process incoming inquiries and balance workflow for Supplier Service’s team
Vendor management as it relates to the operational business requirements and expectations to vendors that help drive support and provides end to end transparency
Develop analytics and metrics for reporting tools to help support the Supplier Services team
Assist with collection and maintaining up to date documents for existing suppliers
Supplier set up and ongoing management of our Global Sourcing and Expense Suppliers.
Create and execute tools and systems to improve process efficiency and user experience.
Collecting and documenting Supplier certifications – ensure up to date information is available
Assist in the coordination and execution of monthly and annual supplier-related events
Manage Supplier Services Inbox and route communications to the appropriate team members.
Provide administrative and operational support to Supplier Services Management as needed.
Including special projects and additional initiatives
Experience Requirements
Previous Buying & Supply Chain Supply experience preferred
Previous vendor management or operations type experience
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel and MS Word
Administrative skill set includes report creation
Customer service skills in person, on the phone or interaction over the internet
