TCO is redefining well solutions through innovation, expertise, and sustainable technology. We are seeking a driven Sales and Operations Manager to join our Norway team and help expand our market presence.

This position will be based in Stavanger. 

Purpose of the Role

As TCP Sales and Operations Manager, you will lead business development efforts in your assigned area, focusing on acquiring new customers and growing TCO’s market share. You will develop and implement strategic sales plans, support customers with technical solutions, and play a key role in introducing our full product portfolio to the market. You will manage operations together with the TCP team

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new and existing business opportunities for current and new technology.
  • Promote TCO’s portfolio and capabilities to customers.
  • Respond to tenders and requests in cooperation with Sales, Technical, and Operations teams.
  • Support customer planning, preparation and operations with technical support, logistics, and operational planning.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, market share, and competitor activity.
  • Provide visible QHSE commitment and participate in related programs.
  • Assist in developing regional strategic sales plans.
  • Gather client feedback and recommend product/process improvements.
  • Deliver presentations on well-specific applications and technical product scope.
  • Overall responsible for the Perforating storage and assembly base
  • Oversee inventory planning, preparations and job execution
  • Conduct regular customer visits and update CRM with contacts and leads.
  • Identify market opportunities and upcoming activities relevant to TCO.
  • Manage invoicing and inventory control

Requirements

  • MSc or BSc with 3+ years of relevant experience in completion technical or commercial roles (relevant experience may compensate for lack of formal qualifications).
  • Solid experience in customer management.
  • Thorough understanding of TCO’s product lines and service systems.
  • Good understanding of Perforating and TCP
  • Ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with customers, staff, and partners.
  • Creative and adaptable, able to drive sales processes forward.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.
