You will act as a catalyst for change, ensuring that teams connect their work to strategic goals and measurable outcomes.

As a coach, you will navigate and manage stakeholder relationships across a complex B2B logistics environment, and you will play a key role in shaping the tribe’s operating model, coaching product leaders, and embedding a culture focused on value delivery and continuous improvement.

You will be a part of the Technology & Innovation Division and be a coach in our Logistics Tribe. You will report to the Chapter Lead for the Agile Chapter.

Your Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic alignment:
    - Connect tribe-level goals with business priorities and product direction.
    - Facilitate clear storytelling around why we do what we do and how it creates customer and business impact.

  • Enable OKRs & Quarterly Planning:
    - Design and run quarterly planning and OKR rhythms, ensuring outcome-focused, aligned, and actionable objectives and Key Results.

  • Shape Tribe Cadence:
    - Lead key events such as Tribe Alignments, Quarterly Wrap-Ups, and cross-team collaboration forums.

  • Advance Agile Maturity and Culture:
    - Shift focus from process compliance to value and learning within the Logistic Tribe and as part of the Agile Chapter.
    - Strengthen product maturity, value measurement, and stakeholder engagement across teams.

  • Coach for Impact:
    - Act as a trusted sparring partner for teams, Product Owners and leaders on outcome thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven decisions.

About You

You thrive in environments where strategy, technology, and operations intersect. You bring deep experience in enterprise‑level Agile and know how to translate business strategy into clear, outcome‑driven execution across multiple teams.
You lead through influence and you are comfortable shaping how people collaborate, make decisions, and deliver value.

You understand the realities of a B2B logistics organisation: long value chains, operational dependencies, legacy systems, and the need to balance stability with transformation. You navigate this landscape with clarity, empathy, and a strong focus on measurable impact.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

  • Enterprise Agile Experience: Proven ability to apply agile principle with a strong focus on outcomes and coaching senior stakeholders in a scaled environment.

  • OKR & KPI Fluency: Experience in designing and embedding OKRs and KPIs as tools for impact and communication.

  • Hands‑on coaching skills, enabling Product Owners, Engineering Managers, and teams to strengthen product maturity and value delivery.

  • Comfort with complexity, including legacy systems, operational constraints, and cross‑border collaboration.

  • A proactive, outcome‑oriented and data driven approach, with the ability to challenge constructively and influence without authority.

Your Mindset

  • Proactive and action oriented.
