Responsibilities

  • Recruit skilled sales professionals, including large‑scale (mass) hiring.

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies for sales and tele-sales positions.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels to build a strong talent pipeline.

  • Design and implement effective screening and assessment methods.

  • Coordinate interview schedules and communicate closely with hiring managers.

  • Keep candidates informed throughout every stage of the hiring process.

  • Monitor hiring progress and analyze key recruitment metrics.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales recruiting.

  • Experience in Mass recruiting would be advantage.

  • Familiarity with job website, social media, professional networks (e.g. Jobthai, Jobsdb, Facebook and LinkedIn).

  • Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.

  • Positive Attitude, Accountability and Teamwork.
