Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer
Job Overview
Go-To-Market (GTM) Engineer
Push Gaming is an award-winning and innovative B2B iGaming development studio that specialises in creating top-quality, mobile-optimised online casino games. With a passion for gaming and a commitment to pushing boundaries, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to players worldwide.
We are looking for a highly technical and strategic Go-To-Market Engineer to architect, optimise, and scale our lead generation and sales machinery. You will be the "engine room" behind PrizeFlex and our broader games portfolio, ensuring our sales team has a steady stream of high-quality leads and the technical infrastructure to close them.
This is a critical role responsible for bridging the gap between our product roadmap and our commercial goals.
Please note this is a contract position. We think 6 weeks or project based - to be discussed at interview.
What you will be doing:
Be the primary architect for HubSpot, managing complex workflows, data hygiene, and integration with our product suite.
Design and execute automated lead generation funnels across all PrizeFlex products and upcoming game launches.
Optimise LinkedIn Sales Navigator use and integration to ensure the BD team is targeting the right stakeholders with precision.
Build the GTM technical framework for new roadmap launches, ensuring seamless transitions from "product ready" to "market active".
Develop dashboards to track conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and the ROI of GTM experiments.
Maintain and improve the connectivity between our CRM, prospecting tools, and internal product data.
What you’ll bring:
Deep expertise in HubSpot (Marketing & Sales Hubs) is essential. You should be comfortable with advanced automation and AI.
Proven experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for outbound at scale, including Smart Links and CRM sync. Heyreach experience is also beneficial.
You understand the "Lead Gen" ecosystem, from cold outreach and sequencing to inbound lead scoring.
Ability to work with APIs, webhooks, and data enrichment tools.
Experience managing GTM timelines for multi-product portfolios or software roadmap releases.
You Are the Perfect Fit If...
You enjoy building systems more than just running reports.
You can translate a "roadmap launch" into a technical outbound sequence.
You are data-obsessed and hate "leaky" sales funnels.
