Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the analytics implementation and help define and follow best practices for our Adobe Analytics deployment.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and partners to understand their requirements and instrument data capture accordingly.
- Help to ensure that both ingestion of Adobe data into our data lake and the integration of the Adobe stack is always working well.
- Support and influence decision-making around content, product and commerce performance and development.
- Support the development and encourage the use of self-serve tools. Provide advice, support and training to the staff.
- Support the Senior Analytics Architect and Senior Analytics Manager with developing the best in class digital reporting toolset, improving audience understanding and developing a self-service culture where appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- High level of English proficiency required to interact with a globally-based development team.
- Communicate in a clear and understandable manner with clients, and be able to articulate the details of the designed architecture using the appropriate level of technical language.
- Ability to work on multiple parallel projects and utilize time management skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Experience leading Agile software development methodologies.
- Good understanding of Javascript, CSS, HTML is essential.
- Understanding of online metrics, tracking methodologies, online analytical techniques and 'Real Time' reporting.
- Technical understanding of web analytics implementation and experience in the use of Dynamic Tag Management (DTM) / or other Tag Managers for Adobe implementation.
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office, or equivalent, toolset including Excel, Word, PowerPoint or equivalent Google products.
- Experience with debugging analytics code as well as writing technical specifications.
- Proactive approach to improving use of data and analytics.
- Confident communicating complex ideas and information to different audiences – from the data literate to the data novices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise work efficiently and work under pressure.
- Can do attitude and a desire to help others. Ability to both service client needs, coach and educate them as well as building the authority to influence and direct them.
Additional Experience Desired:
- Previous experience of working with the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products is desirable.
- Previous experience of working with Editorial, Product or Commerce Analytics team is desirable.
- Experience or willingness to learn any of the following: SQL, R, Python is desirable.
