As the Project Manager at Article, you will play a crucial role in managing and steering the success of operational projects and investment projects across the organization.
Why We Need You:
In the Project Management Office (PMO) team, your responsibilities will span the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through to execution, closure, and subsequent post-project analysis. Additionally, you will cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all the internal and external suppliers, playing a crucial role in the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional projects. You will be managing million dollar new product introduction projects that expand Article's catalogue and product offering to our customers under the Assortment Program.

What You’ll Do:
You’ll be part of a team of 7 Project Managers and Project Owners to develop detailed plans to meet their specific project objectives, and actively manage and report on any deviations in project timelines and budgets.
- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring and closure of cross-functional projects that support the internal customers’ organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify, assess, and track project risks, collaborating with internal and external cross-functional suppliers to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones using project management tools (eg. Wrike) to ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Conduct root cause analysis for issues identified during project execution and consult on corrective actions undertaken by internal functional suppliers to address and improve overall project performance.
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget baselines ensuring continuous communication and alignment with all relevant cross-functional project team members.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal customers and suppliers to understand their needs and constraints.
- Conduct post-project retrospectives to capture lessons learned, enabling continuous improvement of PMO best practices and facilitating identification of improvement opportunities for cross-functional teams.
- Analyze and report on project variance and other performance metrics to assess and communicate project health.
- Develop comprehensive project status reports, maintaining transparency and providing timely updates to all stakeholders.

Who You Are:
- 2-5 years in Project Management, Change management and/or Process Engineering experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Preferred: Business Administration, Project/Operations Management, or a related field
- PMP or similar project management certification preferred
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall), tools, and best practices
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
- Advanced skills in Project Management Tools (Eg: Wrike, MS Project)
