Job Overview
What you will do:
Responsible to support daily maintenance of Building, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing in our Branches
Knowledge basic preventive maintenance of equipment building
Make sure all equipment in our branches run smoothly
Conduct minor repairing and fixing based on SOP.
Maintain the inventory of working tools and equipment at the branch.
Fast Response Problem solving technical issue and reporting urgent issues.
Making check and reporting list for every maintenance have to do for reporting to Branch Teams and Branch Operations Manager
Conduct training to host and cleaner for troubleshooting on minor technical issues.
Resolve issues queuing on ticketing issues of the branches.

Willing to work on appointed areas selected by management.
Candidates must possess at least High School with preference Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field of technician or engineer is required for this position.
Having experience as a Hotel Maintenance/Hotel Engineering are more favorable
