We’re looking for a New Sales Manager responsible for driving growth through new customer acquisition, building high-value pipelines, and expanding Wanstor’s reach across our core strategic pillars: Intelligent Operations, Transformation & AI, and Security.

This role exists to fuel the front end of our growth engine, engaging new logos, converting leads into opportunities, and aligning prospects with Wanstor’s solutions that deliver real, measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Build a proactive new business pipeline across target industries including Hospitality, Charities & Not-for-Profits, and Professional Services using a mix of outbound activity, digital channels, and partner referrals to generate consistent qualified lead flow.
  • Partner with Marketing to launch targeted campaigns, content plays, and events designed to drive net new leads while maintaining accurate forecasting and opportunity management within the CRM to ensure full pipeline visibility.
  • Identify and convert new customers across all three growth pillars—Intelligent Operations, Transformation & AI, and Security—by leading discovery sessions, preparing compelling proposals with ROI narratives, and delivering tailored, outcome-driven solution presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Partner Manager, Pre-Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing teams to capitalize on Microsoft and vendor co-sell programs, align on solution accuracy, and leverage market development funds to maximize campaign reach and sales ROI.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the UK technology landscape, competitor offerings, and emerging market trends to identify innovation opportunities and feed customer insights back into GTM planning for refined value propositions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets for bookings, revenue, and gross profit while ensuring Wanstor's differentiated value is clearly articulated across all customer interactions.

What You'll Need

  • Proven track record in new business acquisition within the MSP, technology, or cloud solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, Modern Workplace, Security) ecosystems.
  • Skilled in pipeline development, prospect engagement, and relationship-first selling.
  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven — able to balance outbound hustle with strategic targeting.
  • Confident communicator with the ability to articulate complex IT propositions in business language.
  • Highly motivated, autonomous, and performance-focused, with a consistent record of exceeding quota.
  • Highly organised and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to meeting targets and managing pipelines.
  • Skilled in preparing proposals, delivering presentations, and articulating complex solutions to clients.
