The Administrator provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of the facility and supporting office. This role supports management and staff with documentation, scheduling, communications, procurement coordination, and general office management. The Administrator ensures that administrative systems, procedures, and policies are effectively implemented to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.

The Administrator ensures that administrative systems, procedures, and policies are effectively implemented to support safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support for site operations, including correspondence, records, scheduling, and supplies.
- Coordinate meetings, travel, accommodations, and onboarding for staff, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage document control systems and maintain accurate records for contracts, permits, safety documentation, and controlled drawings.
- Support HSE, audit, and compliance processes by tracking actions, maintaining logs, and ensuring documentation is current and accessible.
- Assist with procurement and finance activities, including purchase orders, invoice tracking, and expense reporting.
- Liaise with contractors, vendors, and service providers to coordinate documentation, site access, and logistical needs.
- Maintain a professional site environment through effective communication, organized filing systems, and attention to housekeeping standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by refining administrative systems, supporting audits, and promoting efficient work processes.
