Key Responsibilities

As a Field Technician, you’ll be on the front lines of disaster response and property recovery. Working closely with Project Managers and team leads, you’ll carry out essential remediation services while ensuring the highest level of safety and professionalism. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

Flood & Water Remediation: Extract water, set up drying equipment, and monitor moisture levels to prevent structural damage and mold growth.

Mold Remediation: Safely remove mold and prevent further contamination using industry-approved techniques.

Demolition & Cleanup: Conduct demolition of damaged materials and assist in debris removal to prep sites for restoration.

Sewage & Biohazard Cleanup: Follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines while handling hazardous materials.

Fire & Smoke Cleaning: Clean and restore areas affected by fire and smoke damage to pre-loss condition.

On-Call Availability: Respond to emergency calls after hours, including nights and weekends, as part of our rapid response team.

Qualifications and Requirements

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Experience: At least 1 year of experience in disaster restoration, construction, or related industry preferred.

Skills & Knowledge: Comfortable using hand tools, demolition equipment, and PPE; understanding of residential/commercial construction.

Certifications: IICRC certifications in Water, Fire, or Mold Restoration are highly preferred.
