An opportunity has become available for a well-organised and confident team player to join the Service Delivery Team as an Implementation Specialist.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Planning, managing and delivering the technical implementation of SmartPay products, ensuring setups are timely and to a standard of service that exceeds the client’s expectations 
  • Work with the assigned UK Implementation Manager (Lead), Client Success and Product teams to meet client requirements 
  • Partner with the Service Delivery and UK Implementation teams to help them understand the technical details in each implementation 
  • Collaborate with the UK implementation team and the respective Client in determining the most appropriate implementation setup 
  • Identifying and addressing technical challenges to the relevant teams 
  • Managing stakeholder relationships internally and externally 
  • Find opportunities for product, features and functionality improvements 
  • Possess high level of technical knowledge of our product and its capabilities 
  • With regards to the handover process, brief the Service Delivery team as needed post implementation and ensure that its members are aware of how the platform works 
  • Anticipating and handling Client enquiries efficiently 
  • Plan and deliver system training to clients, support with the training delivery of new employees as needed. 
  • Provide assistance to the Service Delivery Specialists in fixing unexpected system behaviour flagged by a client during BAU, when required and approved by the Implementation Team Leader. 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

  • At least one year of experience supporting clients or working on projects 
  • A keen interest in project implementation 
  • Ability to work with high volumes of data 
  • Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail 
  • The ability to react and respond quickly and effectively 
  • Proficient English written skills 
  • Flexible with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
