We have created an opportunity for a Product Operations Manager, and this role will play a key supporting role in helping our product teams operate smoothly and effectively, ensuring clarity, consistency, and coordination across the product development lifecycle. 

You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineering Leads, and Design Leads on delivering and optimising key processes across the PDLC - from intake and discovery to release and reporting. Your mission is to streamline execution, maintain operational rhythm, and enable our teams to focus on delivering great products to our customers. 

This is a hands-on leadership role for a proactive, detail-oriented operator; someone who thrives on getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Planning & Coordination 
  • Orchestrate key planning and delivery rituals across your cluster — e.g. quarterly planning, discovery syncs and product cluster rituals. 
  • Partner with Product Directors and PMs to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones and ownership. 
  • Facilitate planning sessions that bring cross-functional teams and global stakeholders together around shared goals and dependencies. 
  
Product Release Coordination 
  • Manage the end-to-end release lifecycle — ensuring readiness, coordination, and post-release validation across all teams and stakeholders. 
  • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to enable smooth, predictable, and high-quality launches. 
  • Contribute to improving release practices to improve speed, quality, and transparency and ensure consistency across teams and Clusters.  
 
Product Intake Process & Discovery Enablement  
  • Manage intake processes by tracking incoming ideas, feature requests, and feedback for PM/Cluster prioritization.  
  • Facilitate discovery workshops and sessions, alongside PMs, that accelerate problem definition, idea validation, and stakeholder alignment. 
  • Help product managers work with cross-functional partners to clarify requirements, gather estimates and drive alignment on feasibility and impact 
 
Product Knowledge Management 
  • Maintain accurate and accessible repositories of product documentation, FAQs, and internal enablement materials. 
  • Support communication of product updates and best practices to cross-functional teams.

Product Issue and Incidents 
  • Coordinate follow up actions from incidents, e.g. post-mortems and ensure any action items or process improvements are in the roadmap 
 
Product Insights & Reporting 
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track key operational metrics such as cycle time, release cadence, and intake trends. 
  • Compile and present regular operational updates to Product Operations and Cluster leadership. 
  • Identify and highlight trends or risks that require attention and work with the Cluster to address them. 
 
Cross-Functional & Client/Stakeholder Collaboration 
  • Support PMs on key client calls, product updates/presentations, and cross-functional alignment sessions, ensuring operational clarity and follow-up. 
  • Be the operational anchor — ensuring meetings are productive, actions are clear, and progress is measurable. 
 
Continuous Improvement & Standardisation 
  • Contribute to the adoption of product operations frameworks, templates, and playbooks. 
  • Identify opportunities to simplify or improve existing workflows and work with the wider Product Operations to drive improvements. 
  • Promote consistency in how product teams plan, track, and deliver work. 

Experience and skills required:

Background and Experience:
  • A solid track record in product operations or product management of at least 3+ years within a SaaS or tech environment. Note, this is not a Product Management role but an operational support role
  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience of product management best practices, including user research, market insights, goal setting, prioritisation, execution and management. 
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management and analytics tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Heap, etc.). 
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple concurrent initiatives. 
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across cross-functional teams, particularly under high-pressure or time-sensitive scenarios such as critical releases. 
  • Good ability to translate data into actionable insights, driving continuous improvement in product quality and user satisfaction. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating compelling and high-quality presentations to cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities. 

Salary Budget
  • The gross annual salary budget for this role ranges BGN 84,000 to BGN 88,000. Please note that budgets are not flexible. (Monthly net ranges from BGN 5,785 to BGN 6,075)
