Senior AV Project Manager (Sports/Entertainment Venues)

• A client and team-oriented professional with three or more years of experience in the design and/or integration of complex and large-scale commercial AV systems and infrastructure.  Well-versed in the design of audio and video systems, including distributed and large-format sound systems, DSP & control systems, equipment room layout/design, IPTV & Digital Signage, and related infrastructure for commercial projects. 

• Experience in the Project Management of AV  systems for Large Scale Entertainment & Sports Venues (Projects >$10M). Knowledge of the built environment and experience with all three phases of implementation (design/bid/build). A steady work history (3yrs between hops), a pleasant disposition, Hiqh EQ.

• Business Hours: Mon-Thur from 7:30am to 5:30pm & Fri 7:30am to 11:30am
• Our Core Hours: Mon-Thur from 9:00am to 4:00pm & Fri 9:00am to 11:30am

Your Contribution to ME Engineers:

• Primary Point of Contact: Client, In-House Staff, Other Trades, GC, Architect, Rep
• Scope of Work: Understand, deliver, troubleshoot as needed
• Project Timeline/Scheduling: Planning, Proactive, Aligned to Resources
• Project Profitability: Keep actual hours at/below budgeted hours, remove redundancy and errors
• Work Orders: Issue to team, coordinate with third parties
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets SOW, Plans, Company Standards, Client Expectations
• Plan sets/Blueprints: Read, interpret, manifest, mark-up, distribute to team
• Change Orders: Create, submit, get approval, confirm payment, execute
• Environment: Work on construction sites with situational awareness

What Makes You Successful:

• Design & Integration of Commercial AV Systems in Entertainment & Sporting Venues
• Strong understanding of the Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry
• CTS or CTS-D certification is desirable but not required.
