About the role

Within this role, you will:
  • Keep the office organised, stocked, and running efficiently
  • Coordinate scheduling, travel, and meetings for company-wide events
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors and building services
  • Support HR with onboarding and new hire welcome tasks
  • Assist Finance with administrative duties as needed
  • Organise team events and manage office communications
  • Jump in on special projects and lend a hand wherever needed

About you

In this role, we are looking for someone with:
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative role with office management responsibilities
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and collaboration tools like Teams or Zoom
  • Someone who enjoys creating a positive, productive office environment
