Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Property Manager with 2–3 years of experience managing multiple commercial properties. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational and financial management skills, a solid understanding of budgeting, CAM reconciliations, property management accounting, and lease administration.

Your Schedule:
- Full Time (40hrs/Wk)
- Mon-Fri from 8:00am to 5:00pm (PST)
- As a leadership role there may be time required outside of normal hours

Your Contribution to Intersection:
- Manage the daily operations of assigned commercial properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage annual operating budgets, including forecasting and variance analysis.
- Oversee CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
- Maintain and update property data, including leases, rent schedules, and financial information.
- Review, interpret, and update lease agreements and lease abstracts to ensure compliance and accurate documentation.
- Review and analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and general ledgers to ensure accurate property management accounting.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects with vendors and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and ownership groups.
- Ensure compliance with lease agreements, local regulations, and company policies.
- Assist with tenant onboarding, renewals, and move-out procedures.
- Support the Real Estate Services team with ad hoc reporting, audits, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of commercial property management experience (office, retail, or industrial).
- Experience with Yardi
- Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, property management accounting principles, and lease administration.
- Experience reviewing and updating lease agreements and abstracts required.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
- CPM, RPA, or other industry certifications a plus.
