What you will be doing:
Ensures the fulfillment of customer orders and communicates with customers to ensure needs are met.  

Your responsibilities will include:
Effectively engaging customers with attention to key business requirements and expectations, as well as providing relevant and relational order information; information related to new products and product accessories; and providing product specifications, programs, training, and pricing and delivery information.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. You should be dependable, precise, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. What you need:
High school diploma or GED (required)
 0-2 years of relevant experience or training in customer service or a related field (preferred)
 Strong communication skills

E1 and Service Titan experience (preferred)
