About the team:
Our Marketplace and Production team plays a central role in helping our vintage and antique products find their new homes. As a wider team, the Marketplace Team ensure that each product is accurately categorised and showcased to reach the right audience on a variety of selling platforms.
About the role:
As a Marketplace Lister, you’ll be responsible for creating accurate, engaging, and well presented listings for a wide variety of vintage and antique products across multiple platforms and categories.
You’ll work closely with stock handlers, photographers, and marketplace specialists to ensure that each item is represented with the highest attention to detail, from data entry and pricing to imagery and categorisation. You’ll also play an important role in maintaining accurate records, updating inventory, and contributing to process improvements that help our Marketplace operations run smoothly and efficiently.

- Take ownership of listing performance and suggest improvements to boost visibility and sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage listings for a diverse range of vintage and antique stock.
- Use marketplace tools and systems to upload product data, descriptions, and images accurately.
- Collaborate with photography, warehouse, and category teams to ensure smooth stock flow.
- Monitor listing accuracy, ensuring corrections and updates are made promptly.
- Assist in processing returns and re-listing stock where required.
- Support process improvements to increase efficiency and revenue potential.
- Maintain clear communication and collaboration with other teams.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in written descriptions and data entry.
- Experience using listing platforms, spreadsheets, or inventory systems (e.g., Excel).
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Interest in vintage, antiques, or collectables (beneficial but not essential).
- Adaptability to work across varied product categories and changing priorities.
