What we are looking for?
Mox Bank is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented individual with over 3 years of experience in the financial service industry, specializing in wealth products including, but not limited, to core portfolio, stock trading, and mutual funds. This individual must have proven track record of developing and maintaining strong client relationships while supporting customers to manage/create wealth based on individual financial goals. Key target customers: Affluent/Mass Affluent.

Product Coverage
Primary: Investment products (Core Portfolio, Stock, Mutual Fund etc)

Secondary: FX, Deposit, Insurance, Credit Card
Responsibilities
- Primarily responsible for onboarding and managing new clients
- Participate in internal and external events such as seminars, expos and roadshows
- Create compelling social media content (including posts, stories, and videos) that effectively communicates product features and benefits
- Making cold calls to new or potential clients to expand client base of MOX Invest and ensure prompt follow up with clients
- Formulate relevant Product campaigns to boost sales, engagement and retention to clients
- Servicing of existing client queries
Requirements
- Relevant experience in similar capacity
- Sales experience in particular to various investment products such as securities, mutual funds, FX, and/or fixed income instruments
- Strong understanding of investment products and the regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or other related disciplines
· SFC Type 1 and 4 license holders
· Proficiency in PC applications such as Microsoft Office
· Good written and oral communication in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
· Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, with positive mindset
