QualityLogic is looking for an accessibility SME / Trainer to deliver client and internal training and direct client accessibility support. We want someone passionate about teaching classes who also enjoys getting technical.
This is a contract position but open to a permanent role. The location is remote but can be in one of our offices.

Key Responsibilities
The position job duties would include:
- Develop e-learning content
- Provide live digital training sessions
- Provide subject matter guidance directly to clients for complicated accessibility scenarios
- Support sales / marketing with guest speaking and guest blogging
- Understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and learning content creation
- Accessibility topics may include understanding WCAG and related accessibility requirements, communicating how to incorporate accessibility best practices into development/QA/design work, developing policy around accessibility, and related topics
- Ability to travel is a plus for in-person training sessions but not required
Other important characteristics:
- Ability to use assistive technology, occluding live demonstrations
- Professional accessibility certifications
- Understanding of accessible document remediations
- Knowledge of accessible web design
- Track record of team collaboration and strong ability to communicate in written and oral formats

- Ability to perform code remediation for accessibility
- Management experience
- Proven track record of providing all aspects of this job description, including remediation of documents and websites
