Who are we looking for?
Squad leader with expertise in a banking environment. Skilled in leading teams in Agile delivery, vendor management, and implementing/running Applications and systems related to Customer Onboarding, EKYC and ID&V. Effective communication with stakeholders ranging from C-suite to operations colleagues. Track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a BAU systems environment. Data-driven approach with the ability to provide qualitative and quantitative analysis insights. Understanding of Onboarding, Fraud, FCC and Risk domain with knowledge of associated controls, demonstrating forward-thinking capabilities encompassing emerging local and global threats into customer centric fintech design.

Responsibilities
Squad leader, employing a strategic mindset and superior stakeholder management Lead the Squad to deliver enhancements to MOX’s , KYC and Onboarding landscape ensuring that the systems and related processes are best placed to protect MOX’s customers and the Bank, whilst driving a customer first mindset.
Owns part of the MOX application and ensures smooth front end delivery for APP releases
Data driven mindset, implementing controls and systems and procedures that are data-centric in design encompassing all data sets available to build intelligent risk solutions that are customer focused
Ensure all services are running 24/7, focus on quality delivery and proactive incident management/protection.
Empower the squads and wider team in an AGILE environment, clearly defining requirements, interdependencies, and potential risks/issues.
Clear written and verbal communication to all upstream and downstream teams and stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
Plan with and support upstream product teams to ensure that EKYC, ID&V systems and Customer onboarding flows are ready and able to support critical bank delivery milestones with appropriate Risk controls implemented alongside data metrics and automated control testing.
Effectively plan, maintain, and communicate the delivery roadmap across over all systems/microservices Customer onboarding domain
Maintain and deliver a multi-faceted product roadmap, achieving set deadlines.
Work with Regulators, Auditors, and Internal Risk teams to ensure that standards are upheld across the delivery, and day to day operation of all of MOX banks Onboarding and ID&V systems.
Strong experience managing vendor risk and negotiating vendor contracts.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Risk technology and key controls across the client lifecycle
- Over 4 years’ experience as a leader of technology/delivery teams within a banking environment.
- Solid Experience with of at least 3 of the following:
- EKYC systems, ID&V systems, Customer Onboarding Flows, Customer Name Screening, Effective Vendor Management
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese (preferred)
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with agile development methodologies
- Ability to manage time and schedules to meet aggressive deadlines and influence through persuasive written and verbal communication
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically and creatively.
- Cost focused mindset, strong experience planning, forecasting maintaining budgets
- Experienced in all aspects of software vendor management including contract negotiation and service review.
- Goal orientated individual who can deliver quickly and effectively.
