We’re looking for a hands-on and quality-driven Detailer to join the Carma team! In this role, you’ll help bring every vehicle back to its shine through thorough detailing, paint correction, and ceramic coating work. You’ll be part of a fast-paced, supportive team that takes pride in delivering vehicles that look and feel amazing for our customers.
What you'll be doing?
- Ceramic Coating & Paint Correction: Apply ceramic coatings and perform paint correction (compounding, polishing, waxing) to achieve an exceptional finish.
- Surface Restoration: Safely remove adhesives, stickers, and other surface contaminants while protecting vehicle paintwork.
- Detailing Excellence: Use detailing tools, products, and equipment to clean and enhance both the interior and exterior of vehicles.
- Final Touches: Add that extra shine with tyre treatments, window cleaning, and polishing to make every car gleam.
- Teamwork & Training: Support the team by sharing your expertise and helping train new team members.
Okay, let’s talk about you:
- You have previous Detailing experience cutting, buffing, polishing, paint correcting (even if that’s working on your own cars)
- You have a keen eye for detail – we love a perfectionist!
- You are motivated to learn and grow your skills
- You are reliable, punctual, and take pride in your work
- You hold a valid NSW driver’s licence
