The Logistics Assistant supports the efficient planning, coordination, and execution of all logistics and supply chain operations within the organization. This includes assisting in the management of procurement, transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes to ensure that goods and materials are delivered accurately, cost-effectively, and on time. The position is essential for maintaining smooth operational flow between suppliers, internal departments, and customers, ensuring compliance with company procedures and relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and follow up on pickup request for WEEE to ensure service.
Track shipments according to established procedures and customer requirements.
Coordinate transportation suppliers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments.
Management of requests in OMS, generation of orders, and monitoring suppliers´ updates.
Respond to customer inquiries and refer clients to the proper channels.
Communicate with suppliers and customers to achieve the dispatch process.
Review order requests and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Track and fix shipping errors.
Maintain logs and records of executed orders.
Prepare accurate reports for upper management.
Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible.
Adhere to and comply with established operational procedures to ensure the quality of all services provided meets the required standards.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Intern or Student of Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
One to two years´ experience in Logistics or Administration.
Ability to analyze and solve complex conflicts.
Proficient in math and analysis.
Ability to follow and execute procedures.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and data analytics.
Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
