What you will be doing:
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights for product, business, and technical stakeholders
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI to support decision-making
- Write and optimize SQL queries across different data sources (Snowflake, operational databases)
- Perform data quality analysis, validate findings, and ensure analytical accuracy
- Document analytical processes, methodologies, and technical specifications
- Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and business teams on analytical projects
- Support ad-hoc data requests and contribute to ongoing analytics initiatives
- Participate in analytics best practices and knowledge sharing within the team
What you will bring to the role:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 0-2 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related analytical roles (internships and academic projects count!)
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with data and uncovering insights
- Strong SQL skills: Ability to write queries, perform data transformations, and work with relational databases
- Power BI experience: Familiarity with creating dashboards, reports, and visualizations
- Data quality mindset: Understanding of data validation practices and analytical rigor
- Analytical problem-solving: Ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches
- Communication skills: Ability to present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Eagerness to learn and effective collaboration skills to work in an Agile, fast-paced environment
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Understanding of data modeling concepts
- Basic programming knowledge (Python, R) for data analysis
- Experience working with business stakeholders
- Experience in telecommunications, UCaaS, or SaaS industries
- Understanding of product analytics frameworks
