About the role

As our Client Services Representative, you will serve as a key player in delivering exceptional service to our customers through various communication channels, including telephone, email, and chat. This role is critical in supporting our commitment to providing outstanding customer experiences while driving business growth. The Client Services Representative will ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and professionally, with limited inside sales responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service by deeply understanding and addressing client needs, fostering a positive and seamless customer experience 
  • Provide professional, friendly, and efficient customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and submit product proposals, quotes, and follow up on customer inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Manage incoming client cases and build relationships with clients, ensuring smooth resolutions and positive interactions.
  • Conduct new client onboarding calls and assist with inside sales functions, including following up on submitted quotes and securing approvals.
  • Work with internal teams, including Product, Support, and Sales, to drive our shared vision and deliver impactful results 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and regulatory changes and ensure that operations are enhanced accordingly. 
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the team and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

What we need from you

  • A degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales, with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions. 
  • Highly proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and CRM systems, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, the capacity to handle difficult situations with professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
