Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via chat and email.
  • Handle incoming calls from credit card and savings account customers.
  • Assist with general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with Norwegian as your primary language.
  • Comfortable using phone and computer as your main work tools.
  • Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Previous customer-facing experience is preferred (e.g., retail, service industry).
  • Genuine interest in helping people and solving their problems.
  • Fluent Norwegian language skills.
