Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer support via chat and email.
- Handle incoming calls from credit card and savings account customers.
- Assist with general office tasks to keep daily operations running smoothly.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with Norwegian as your primary language.
- Comfortable using phone and computer as your main work tools.
- Positive, approachable, and team-oriented attitude.
- Previous customer-facing experience is preferred (e.g., retail, service industry).
- Genuine interest in helping people and solving their problems.
- Fluent Norwegian language skills.
