We’re looking for an ambitious Associate BDM to join our growing team and play a key role in driving new business growth. What that means day to day
Research and map key strategic accounts (ICP aligned)
Build and engage a targeted contact list (key personas in decision-making units)
Run outbound campaigns (multi-channel: calls, email, LinkedIn)
Generate and qualify opportunities beyond MQLs
Use MEDDIC (or light version) to pre-qualify and understand pain, champion, decision process, etc.
Provide regular updates on active pipeline and predicted revenue to ensure reporting is accurate
What you’ll need to be successful
A proven sales professional with strong end-to-end conversion experience and a consistent track record of hitting new business targets. Known for building strong client relationships, communicating effectively, and managing a busy pipeline across multiple stages of the sales cycle. Brings excellent attention to detail and a confident, results-driven approach to winning and developing business.
