About the role
We’re searching for a Senior People Partner to shape and activate our People Strategy across North America and LATAM, ensuring alignment with global initiatives in partnership with the People Manager in EMEA and People Advisor in APAC.
Reporting to the Global People Director, this pivotal role serves as a catalyst for unlocking potential, building culture, and driving people-first initiatives that inspire and engage teams. You’ll lead a small US-based team — including the People Manager and Benefits & LOA Administrator — to create an empowered and high-performing People function.
This is a hands-on, visible role that balances long-term strategic leadership with day-to-day operational excellence, ensuring all People practices are simple, transparent, and designed with people at the core.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic People Leadership
- Partner with senior leaders as a trusted advisor on talent growth, workforce planning, organizational design, learning & development, and engagement.
- Collaborate with the Global People Team to bring global initiatives to life across the US and LATAM.
- Use data-driven insights to fuel decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Lead complex employee relations matters with fairness, consistency, and empathy.
Leadership & Team Management
- Line manage, coach, and develop the US People Manager, Benefits & LOA Administrator, and Payroll Analyst to build a high-performing People function.
- Act as a trusted guide on employee relations, ensuring compliance with US labor laws and global standards.
Talent & Culture
- Drive a culture of continuous performance through feedback, leadership development, and succession planning.
- Champion DEI across the US and LATAM, embedding inclusion into daily culture and operations.
- Identify opportunities for learning and partner to design innovative development programs.
People Experience
- Partner with leaders to weave company values and culture into daily behaviors and decisions.
- Lead clear, transparent, and human-centered communication around People programs and policies.
Owning the Essentials
- Oversee People operations across the US, including compensation, benefits, payroll, compliance, and leave of absence.
- Ensure consistent People processes across US and LATAM operations.
Global Catalyst
- Lead or support global and regional People initiatives from design through execution.
- Act as a change champion during transformation, always keeping people at the heart of the process.
Other Duties
- Support financial administration such as timesheets and NetSuite usage.
- Promote Gravity Global as an inspiring place to work.
- Participate in ESG, Sustainability, and Wellbeing initiatives that drive our culture and global impact.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We’re looking for a people-first, strategic HR leader who thrives in a fast-paced, creative, global agency environment.
You’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a senior HRBP or equivalent role within a multi-site, global organization.
- Deep understanding of US employment law and compliance, balanced with a people-centric mindset.
- Strong leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing HR teams.
- Ability to deliver forward-looking strategies while owning day-to-day HR operations.
- Experience managing complex projects such as system rollouts and integrations.
- Confidence collaborating across regions and time zones in a global People function.
- Data fluency – using insights to influence and inform decision-making.
- Passion for shaping culture, driving engagement, and creating environments where people thrive.
- Experience in professional services, marketing, or other creative global environments is highly desirable.
