Sun King is looking for an Office Manager to join its fast-growing team in Benin Republic. The Office Manager is the first point of contact for employees, customers, partners, and service providers. The selected candidate will be seated at the reception desk of the office with a range of HR and admin tasks.

The selected candidate will be seated at the reception desk of the office with a range of HR and admin tasks.
What you would be expected to do:
- Receive Visitors, Customers and Employees coming into the office with a positive, helpful attitude, providing excellent customer service.
- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office.
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
- Preparing meeting and training rooms.
- Assisting HR colleagues with administrative tasks and performing ad-hoc administrative duties.
- Oversee Administrative functions to ensure seamless operation of a busy office this includes:
- Contacting and managing vendors to ensure proper service delivery
- Coordinate timely payments to service providers
- Order office supplies and equipment
- Ensure office is clean and presentable always
- Coordinate office repairs
- Work with team members to arrange flights bookings , taxi and hotel reservations
- Manage work permits and entry visa applications for staff
- Assist with recruitment (e.g scheduling interviews) and onboarding of new employees.
- Other assigned duties.
You might be a strong candidate if you
- Have a minimum of Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Administration or any related field.
- Have minimum of two (2) years' experience in Administrative related role or similar positions.
- Are computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Are keen to deliver high standards of service.
- Have excellent people skills.
- Have good communication skills.
