You’ll be doing things like:
- Managing prescription workflows – keeping everything safe, smooth, and on time.
- Monitoring medications – including blood tests and drug levels for patient safety.
- Handling prescription queries – solving problems and keeping communication clear.
- Liaising with pharmacies and hospitals – making sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Processing clinical letters – turning paperwork into action.
- Supporting audits & medicines optimisation – helping reduce waste and improve care.
- Contributing to cost-effective prescribing – because smart choices matter.
- Managing stock of emergency drugs – ensuring the right meds are always available.
- Working with the wider MDT – teamwork makes the healthcare dream work!
