Act as the liaison between the leasing team, underwriting department, and prospective residents to ensure all requirements are met for the leasing applications in a timely manner. Manage and oversee administrative functions to efficiently support the sales team. Assist in the completion and finalization of lease applications Coordinate and organize all leasing paperwork and documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations Update and maintain records and databases. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns related to leasing applications

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 2 + years of experience in administrative support or a similar role
- 2+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer facing role with the ability to handle inquiries and issues effectively
- 3+ years' experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Documents
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of real estate or property management experience preferred
