We are seeking a Commercial Performance Analyst to join our growing Central Analysis Team. This newly created role will focus on the tracking and quarterly reporting of Peninsula’s Commercial Balanced Scorecards, covering key areas such as Physical Supply, Operations, Hedging, Sales, Alternative Fuels, etc.
You will also support target setting processes and work closely with senior commercial stakeholders across multiple functions. This is an exciting opportunity to shape new processes, gain deep exposure to the commercial side of the business, and make a tangible impact.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting frameworks for our Commercial Balanced Scorecards.
- Prepare quarterly reports and analysis for senior leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure accuracy.
- Assist in setting and monitoring commercial targets.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and deliver actionable insights.
- Support the Head of Central Analysis in strategic projects and ad-hoc analysis.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Professional Qualification in Accounting (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- Commercial mindset and willingness to learn the operational aspects of the business.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
