This role is a remote role based in Las Vegas. Only candidates who reside in Las Vegas and the surrounding areas will be considered.

What Will You Be Doing?
- Provides technical instruction and troubleshooting support to customers; escalates issues as needed.
- Display understanding of software & hardware-related user issues and an ability to provide tier 1 &2 level troubleshooting.
- Manage requests from internal and external clients, resolving issues via e-mail, remote computer access, and telephone.
- Interact with cross-functional teams, resolving customer issues and delivering timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation of 2 weeks every 2-3 months.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 2+ years of experience working in a technical support or software support role.
- Experience with SQL is a big plus.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with CRM and/or Ticketing systems.
- Compliance and licensing experience is a big plus.
- Able to be a part of an on-call rotation.
Nice to have:
- Systems administration or programming experience.
- Gaming industry experience is great, but not required.
