About the role
Compliance with national EHS regulations, legal safety requirements, and ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001). The role focuses on internal and external audits, risk assessments & compliance. Involves maintaining audit documentation and ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
- Risk assessment and EHS compliances
- Audit Planning and Management and reporting
- Expertise in ISO-based internal audits (9001, 14001, 45001)
- Coordinate with external certification agencies for surveillance and recycler audits.
- Manage legal documentation, report, and maintain compliance records as per government regulations.
- Maintain and analyze data related to waste disposal, audit results, and training attendance.
- Facilitate external audits in collaboration with accredited auditors to ensure successful certification and trainings.
- Support in the onboarding process for new recyclers, ensuring compliance and seamless integration with supply chain
- Plan and execute regular audits of existing recyclers to ensure ongoing compliance.

What we need from you
Preferred candidate profile
- B.Tech / BE in Safety & Fire Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Mechanical
- Preferred - NEBOSH IGC Certified (2024), Lead Auditor certification - 9001, 14001, 45001
- Expertise in ISO-based internal audits (9001, 14001, 45001), documentation, and reporting.
- PAN India Travel in case of new vendor onboarding for Audit and compliance
