About the Role
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to develop sophisticated AI-powered enterprise applications using Large Language Models, RAG systems, and AWS cloud infrastructure. This role combines deep AI/ML expertise with backend engineering skills to build production-ready, scalable AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise AI chatbot systems using LLMs (Claude, Llama, etc.)
- Build and optimize RAG pipelines with vector databases and knowledge bases
- Develop FastAPI backend services with clean architecture patterns
- Integrate AWS AI services (Bedrock, OpenSearch, DynamoDB)
- Deploy serverless AI applications using Lambda and API Gateway
- Implement compliance features including audit logging and data governance
- Optimize AI model performance, token usage, and cost management
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required Skills:
AI/ML Expertise:
AI/ML Expertise:
- 3+ years with Large Language Models (Claude, GPT, Llama)
- Hands-on RAG implementation experience
- Vector databases and embedding techniques
- Prompt engineering and model optimization
Backend Development:
- 4+ years Python experience (FastAPI preferred)
- Clean architecture patterns and async programming
- RESTful APIs and WebSocket implementations
- Authentication and authorization systems
AWS & Infrastructure:
- 3+ years AWS experience with AI/ML services
- Amazon Bedrock, OpenSearch, DynamoDB, Lambda
- Infrastructure as Code (AWS CDK/CloudFormation)
- Serverless architectures and CI/CD pipelines
Additional Requirements:
- Docker containerization experience
- Security best practices for AI applications
- Data processing pipelines and ETL workflows
- Monitoring tools (CloudWatch)
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Bedrock Agents and Knowledge Bases experience
- Financial services or regulated industry background
- Compliance frameworks (MiFID II, SOC 2, GDPR)
- Multi-tenancy and enterprise-scale applications
- AI cost optimization and performance tuning
