Reporting directly to our UK & European Sales Director, you’ll be front and centre in driving new business wins, turning pipeline potential into profit, and shaping the future of our commercial success. You’ll play a key role in Group-wide(Re-Use division) sales initiatives, craft standout proposals and tenders, and help define a sales strategy that doesn’t just hit targets — it smashes them.
This is a remote role where you’ll be trusted to work with autonomy and impact. In return, you’ll receive a highly competitive salary of up-to £85,000, a generous OTE bonus structure, and a company car allowance.

Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth: Take ownership of developing a robust new business pipeline, aligned with brand sales KPIs. You'll ensure accurate reporting and forecasting of all sales activities, driving sustained commercial growth.
- Opportunity Analysis: Evaluate potential opportunities and define strategies to maximise ASC’s chances of success during pre-bid phases. ·
- Deal-Focused: Identify and support the execution of high-impact new business opportunities that generate revenue for ASC, as well as contributing to wider Loop and Group-level growth objectives.
- Business Representation: Represent ASC in client engagements, presenting compelling proposals and progressing qualified leads through to successful new business acquisition. Client-Centricity: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients by understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored, value-driven solutions that align with their business goals.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Commercial Finance, Projects, and Operations teams to develop comprehensive, commercially sound solution design proposals.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience: A minimum of 10 years in progressive sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of consistently achieving — and exceeding — ambitious sales targets.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrated strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement. Proficient in using sales analytics tools and CRM systems.
- Well-Connected: Established and extensive professional network within the supply chain, Ecomm/Retail and logistics sectors, enabling effective relationship building and opportunity identification.
- Target Maestro: You don’t just meet ambitious goals — you set new standards and excel at uncovering and seizing fresh opportunities.
- Pipeline Pro: You have a deep understanding of pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and forecasting, using these insights to make strategic decisions that consistently drive results.
